Lekarz: Ten prawdopodobnie zginął od wybuchu.
Lekarz: Jego ręka leży obok. Sądząc po odłamkach - był to standardowy granat.
Lekarz: Dwójka na lewo ma przetrącone karki, kolejny poderżnięte gardło.
Lekarz: Ten to bardzo ciekawy okaz. Zdążyłam go zbadać dokładniej.
Lekarz: Został uduszony. Interesujące są ślady na jego szyi. Sami zobaczcie.

There needs to be "a" between "suggests" and "hostile" in the first panel. :]
In the second panel, "a" should be "an" because "explosion" starts with a vowel.
Another "a" needs to be added in the third panel between "was" and "standard"
"This one is interesting case. I menage to examine him closely" to "This is one interesting case. I managed to examine him closely"
